Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 6, 2026
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what may and may not be delivered through Rallyora. It applies to every campaign submitted by every account — customer, reseller, or reseller team member — regardless of who created it, and works alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Campaigns, destinations, and accounts must not involve:
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form. This is never tolerated and is reported to the relevant authorities.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, or delivery to destinations the sender does not have a legitimate basis to message — including audiences obtained through scraping, purchased contact lists of uninvolved third parties, or membership acquired through deceptive means.
- Financial scams or fraud: fake investment or trading schemes, pyramid or Ponzi structures, phishing, fake giveaways, or impersonation of a real person, business, or financial institution.
- Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services under the law of the jurisdictions the campaign targets, including controlled substances, counterfeit goods, and stolen data or credentials.
- Malware, exploit tools, or content designed to compromise a device, account, or service without authorization.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that threatens or incites violence against a person or group.
- Infringement of another party's intellectual property, including using their brand, trademark, or copyrighted material without authorization.
- Circumventing Telegram's own Terms of Service, or attempting to evade platform safeguards such as rate limits, destination-health checks, or account restrictions.
3. Enforcement
Violations are handled proportionately to severity and history. Rallyora may take any of the following actions, alone or combined: reject or pause the affected campaign; issue a warning to the account; suspend the account pending review; block the destination involved; or ban the account outright for severe or repeated violations. Content described in the first bullet of Section 2 results in immediate account termination and a report to the relevant authorities, with no warning step.
Reports of a policy violation — against a specific campaign, destination, or account — can be raised by any admin reviewer and are tracked through to resolution before being closed.
4. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact [email protected] with the account or campaign in question and any context that supports your appeal. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision where practical.
