Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026

1. What Rallyora is

Rallyora is a managed campaign-operations platform: customers and resellers submit promotional campaigns for delivery to Telegram destinations (channels, groups, and bot-connected audiences), and Rallyora's operations team reviews, schedules, and executes that delivery through the platform's own bot and user-session infrastructure. These Terms govern every account on the platform — admin, reseller, and customer — and apply together with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Accounts and roles

Accounts are provisioned by invitation — directly by Rallyora for resellers and reseller team members, or by a reseller for their own customers. You are responsible for keeping your access token confidential and for all activity under your account. Reseller accounts may grant team members role-scoped access (for example, campaign operations without financial or team-management access); the reseller organization remains responsible for its team members' use of the platform.

3. Campaign review and delivery

Every campaign is subject to review before it is scheduled or run. Rallyora may approve, reject, or request changes to a campaign at its discretion, including after initial approval if new information indicates a policy or legal concern. Delivery timing, destination selection, and account-health safeguards are managed by Rallyora to protect the long-term deliverability of the platform's infrastructure, and campaigns may be paused, rescheduled, or throttled for that purpose.

4. Fees, credits, and billing

Campaign delivery is paid for using purchased credit or per-order payment through the checkout methods offered in the platform. Reseller team seats beyond an account's included free minimum are billed on a separate, recurring monthly subscription; this seat fee is independent of campaign credit and is not refundable for partial billing periods. All fees are quoted and charged in the currency shown at checkout. See our Refund & Dispute Policy for how refunds and chargebacks are handled.

5. Suspension and termination

Rallyora may warn, suspend, or ban any account that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, withhold delivery on affected campaigns, and remove or block destinations used to violate policy. Reseller organizations are responsible for their customers' and team members' campaigns; repeated or severe violations originating from an organization's customers may result in enforcement action against the organization's own account. You may request account closure at any time; outstanding campaign obligations and unresolved payments are settled before closure completes.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Rallyora does not guarantee specific delivery outcomes, audience engagement, or continued availability of any individual destination, which are outside Rallyora's control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rallyora's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes require you to accept the new version before continuing to use your account; the version you last accepted is recorded on your account.
